At the end of the season, HIT marksman Ye Chuang finds himself in a “rank-dropping crisis” and is about to be demoted to the second team. Then Zhou Li, the team's quiet but mechanically brilliant support, suddenly makes him an offer: “I'll help you hold your rank if you help me find a boyfriend.”
In the Rift, Zhou Li's Sun Bin always casts his second skill on Ye Chuang's marksman, blocking attacks and scouting vision, protecting him like a cub. In real life, he remembers Ye Chuang's favorite foods, reminds him to drink less, and quietly surrounds him with little acts of care. As Ye Chuang helps Zhou Li “find someone,” he gradually realizes that the protection in-game and the attentiveness off the Rift have long since gone beyond the bounds of ordinary teammates.
When the crystal lights up in the playoff finals, Ye Chuang finally understands: the best support isn't someone who helps a marksman win games, but someone who turns their teamwork in the Rift into a lifetime together in the real world. It turns out the “boyfriend” Zhou Li was looking for was always Ye Chuang alone.
Romance is the main focus, with fewer matches.
