"The Return of Jiangzhu: The Story of the Red Chamber" tells the story of Lin Daiyu who was reborn on the day of Baoyu's wedding. She saw through Mrs. Wang's scheme to steal the throne and gain a foothold as Lin Ruhai's daughter.
After rebirth, Daiyu is no longer weak. She starts by rectifying the accounts of the Xiaoxiang Pavilion and uncovers corrupt subordinates; she takes advantage of the opportunity of assisting Baoyu as director to control the procurement and plugs the loopholes; and then uses the bird's nest fraud case to expose the problem of Mrs. Wang's cronies, and takes over the Rongguo Mansion's internal affairs, gradually taking control of internal affairs.
At the same time, she revitalized the old property of the Lin family in Jiangnan, innovated management and revived the industry; contacted her father's old department, and gained the attention of the court through her salt administration notes, ultimately helping the Lin family restore their status and unite the clan. Faced with the turmoil such as the Zhongshun Prince's Mansion case, she calmly resolved the situation and was awarded the plaque of "Heirloom of the Qing Zheng Family".
Daiyu and Baoyu turned from feelings into confidants, and jointly guarded the two houses. In the end, she took control of the situation with wisdom and courage, not only stabilizing the country, but also prospering the Lin family, and lived a new life of tenacity and independence.
