Great Ming: I Just Ascended the Throne, and You Call Me Reckless? I'll Strike Back

I woke up to find that I had become the Zhengde Emperor Zhu Houzhao, the most fun-loving emperor of the Great Ming! From the start, I was faced with civil officials forcing their way into the palace, demanding I cut off my own power and become a puppet. Zhu Houzhao just laughed.

“Ding! The Great Ming Human Emperor System has been activated. Reward: 100,000 elite troops and 10,000 Imperial Guards!”

The next moment, 100,000 soldiers surrounded the Forbidden City, their cannons aimed at the Fengtian Hall.

“My dear ministers, who was it just now that called me absurd and said they’d teach me how to govern?”

Facing the trembling court officials, Zhu Houzhao ascended the imperial steps and swept his dragon robe aside.

“From today on, I decide what happens in my Great Ming!”
