In the Star Demon Sea, islands, sky and abyss intersect, and technology and magic develop side by side. The little guy Eddie Ward accidentally inherited a mysterious hybrid giant ship, and he confusedly gathered his companions to break into the pirate world. The team explored the unknown while playing around, and repeatedly encountered overt and covert conflicts between the political power, technological forces, and magic and religion. During the humorous voyage, everyone is involved in growth, betrayal and crisis of trust. The team deciphers the lost sea map and seizes magical artifacts out of their wits. There are many intricate clues, and friendships and dreams are tested repeatedly. After the climactic battle that determines their fate, they finally understand that true freedom does not mean an unfettered voyage, but the courage to face their inner choices.
