Growing up in a miserable home, Lin Suihuan endured her father’s beatings and her mother’s silence. Then a notice announcing a cultivation sect’s recruitment offered her a chance to escape her misery. Lin Suihuan was taken in by Du Chenyuan of Liuyun Valley, only to discover that the sect had a mere fifteen members, and that her senior brothers and sisters were even at odds with one another.
To bring the sect together, Lin Suihuan joined forces with her junior senior brother Song Yu'an and fourth senior brother Qu Tingsong to organize two training trips down the mountain. Their fractured bonds gradually began to mend. But one crisis followed another. With the Sunny Skies Tournament approaching, Liuyun Valley would only survive if it made the top ten. The sixteen of them fought side by side and finally broke through the competition to save their sect.
Their peaceful days of cultivation didn’t last long. On an ordinary training trip down the mountain, they stumbled upon a living hell: demons ran rampant, the people were displaced, children were left homeless, and the Demon King’s shadow loomed over the land. At that moment, the people of Liuyun Valley were no longer fighting merely to keep their sect alive. They took on the duty of protecting all living beings and resolved to join forces to destroy the Demon King and bring peace back to the world.
Can they defeat the Demon King and become Liuyun Valley’s first generation of disciples known to everyone?
