World of Warcraft: Embers of the Silver Oath

The full-dive World of Warcraft Remastered launches, and players from all over the world pour into Azeroth. Chen Nuonuo has no idea he's an NPC. A testing accident eighteen years ago left his real body in the emergency room and his consciousness trapped in this world. He remembers only that he's an ordinary soldier in the Scarlet Crusade, until he saves Bridget Abbendis, who was supposed to die in a questline, and the world starts to stray from the walkthrough. Players come back to life, corpses disappear, yet when someone is killed, a random piece of their equipment is left behind. Guilds compete for world-first kills, streamers hunt for hidden classes, while the locals pay the price for every true death. When players start writing him into their guides, Chen Nuonuo does just one thing: stand three steps behind Bridget and survive this war that's being livestreamed to the entire world.
