Su Yao, the darling rose of the entertainment industry, is widely recognized as a beauty of the highest order. Radiant and bold, she lives exactly as she pleases. After falling ill, she falls in love at first sight with her attending physician, Fu Sinian, a cool, disciplined man who is an untouchable flower atop the heights of the medical world.
She pursues him aggressively, showering him with flowers, arranging chance encounters, and confessing her feelings outright, turning his orderly world upside down. Everyone laughs at her delusions, waiting to see her get coldly rejected.
Fu Sinian remains aloof, yet quietly remembers everything she likes. Whenever she is wronged, he uses his professional expertise to stand up for her. He thinks he has everything under control, until she is dragged into the depths of an online hate campaign. Only then does he shed his calm facade and bare his fangs as a ruthless powerbroker.
Only then does Su Yao learn that the doctor she could never win over is, in fact, a tycoon with power to shake the heavens. He shields her behind him and declares to the whole world, “She is my patient, but more than that, she is the only woman I love.”
As it turns out, from the very first day she barged into his world, he had been planning how to make her his forever.
