"Lawyer Red Flower" takes the background of rural changes from the 1980s to the new century, focuses on Han Hongmei's family's practice of the rule of law, and outlines a picture of the construction of the local rule of law.
In the 1980s, Han Hongmei was admitted to the University of Political Science and Law. In the 1990s, she continued to devote herself to her career after giving birth. While working at Chengyuan Law Firm, riding a motorcycle to and from the countryside and work, she also took on the responsibility of a "teacher". She formulated a strict law-study plan for Qin Feng, Qin Yalan, and Han Hongbing: supervising morning reading at five in the morning, correcting homework late at night, and punishing them for copying laws when they were lazy. The three of them were often locked in the east room to make up for classes until late at night. She also had to breastfeed and coax their children, demonstrating the dual responsibilities of a strict teacher and a loving mother.
When Han Hongbing wanted to give up because of his poor foundation, Han Hongmei scolded him with a letter of apology for his MLM scheme, and took him to the detention center to listen, which shocked his heart. In view of the many loopholes in Qin Feng's case analysis, she posted a wrong question warning, and secretly compiled a simple legal manual, using agricultural machinery maintenance as an analogy to legal logic. Even though she fell ill and was hospitalized, she still asked Qin Yalan to supervise her studies. After she recovered, she argued with Qin Feng because he gave up studying. It was not until Qin Feng woke up when he was drunk and was rescued.
The three finally passed the judicial examination and started their legal service careers. Han Hongbing and Qin Yalan fell in love for life despite common adversity. When Qin's father was seriously ill, Han Hongbing took good care of her. At their wedding, Han Hongmei conveyed the awe of law and love as a witness.
