28-Year-old Lin Wan works as an advertising planner in Shanghai. During her six years of hard work, she dealt with the workplace pressure of temporary project overturns and co-workers taking credit for her work. She also resisted her parents' pressure to get married. She used to work overtime to cover up her inner avoidance of intimate relationships - her regretful crush on Chen Mo in college became an obstacle that prevented her from taking steps forward.
Lin Wan was accidentally rescued by Chen Mo after staying up late and fainting while working overtime. Coincidentally, Chen Mo was already the director of the company's partner. During work encounters, Chen Mo's attentiveness gradually melted Lin Wan's heart: he remembered her hypoglycemia, helped her resolve workplace problems, and even remembered her dream of opening a creative studio.
From fighting back in the workplace to resigning to establish the "Wan·Guang" studio, Lin Wan, with the company and encouragement of Chen Mo, overcame financial constraints and project crises, and gradually opened up her heart. The two went from testing to confirming their hearts, faced challenges in life together, and even reached reconciliation with their families.
Eventually, the studio developed steadily, and Lin Wan and Chen Mo had a warm home in Shanghai. The story is not as complete as a fairy tale, but it illustrates the growth of urbanites: after going through ups and downs, being able to hold on to love, keep your lover, and get better together in ordinary days is the best answer to life.
