Rule Horror: Starting with Catching Sheep on the Green Grassland

[Rule-Based Horror + National Destiny + Livestreaming + No Female Lead + Childhood Memories Turned Upside Down] The supernatural is resurging, and rule-based horror games tied to national destiny have arrived. The Dragon Nation is losing ground at every turn and stands on the brink of annihilation. At death’s door, Lin Mo, an animation studio wage slave chosen as cannon fodder, is selected to represent the Dragon Nation in the challenge dungeon [Green Grassland]! The whole world is laughing. Even the Dragon Nation’s last shred of dignity is about to be crushed! But as Lin Mo looks at the ominous Sheep Village in the distance and at the identity card in his hand that reads “Big Bad Wolf,” he falls into thought. “This place... is a damn beginner’s village?” As a key animator who worked on the remake of Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf and knows every last detail by heart, he understands better than anyone: those sheep aren’t sheep at all! Lazy Goat’s “sleep” can warp reality, the Forceful Goat’s “brute strength” can tear through space, and that seemingly clever Pleasant Goat... its intelligence glints with an inhuman chill. [Rule One: You must catch a sheep.] [Rule Two: If you don’t bring a sheep home before sunset, your wife, Red Wolf, will use a frying pan to teach you what true despair feels like.] While the chosen challengers from other countries charge into Sheep Village and are torn to pieces by the eerie sheep, Lin Mo has already begun his performance of “epic failure.” “Look, honey, at my new ‘Ultimate Sheep-Catching Rocket Launcher’! It’s guaranteed to work!” The rocket launches, blowing him sky-high. “Pleasant Goat! This time, you’ll never escape my grasp!” He takes off at a sprint, running even faster than the sheep. Viewers around the world: “??? We’re watching rule-based horror, not a comedy cartoon, right?” Lin Mo howls at the sky: “I’ll be back!” The Dragon Nation: “We won? That’s... hair-raisingly unexpected.”
