On My First Day Protecting the World, My Wicked Disciple Drove Me Away

During her investiture ceremony as an elder, the Pavilion Master of the Heavenly Secrets Pavilion was advised that she had to take on a disciple to survive her life-and-death tribulation. Only then could she protect the peace of the world. Li Shou'an knew it was best to take good advice, so she quickly held a ceremony to recruit disciples. After searching high and low, she never imagined she'd pick such a wayward disciple. A hundred years later, whenever she thought of what that disciple had done, she'd get up in the middle of the night and slap herself twice.

Li Shou'an was born to protect the peace and safety of the common people. She carried the whole world in her heart, and it seemed that from birth to death, she lived only for everyone else.

Her wayward disciple, Qi Zhou, often wondered: His master loved the whole world so much. Was there anyone she might favor, even just a little?
