Lin Chen, an ordinary high school student in Xinghai City, thought he would spend his life following the usual path of entrance exams, graduation, and an unremarkable future. But one summer night, a mysterious Froststone unexpectedly awakened his ice abilities, drawing him into an extraordinary world hidden beneath the city.
Here, Awakened can control wind, fire, water, and earth. The “Awakened Association” maintains order, while the “Dark Alliance” operates outside the rules and uses secretive, sinister methods. After a strange encounter on the street draws the attention of the Dark Alliance, the arrival of mysterious transfer student Su Qingyue reveals the first glimpse of the Awakened world. Then Chen Jianguo, an elder of the Association, comes to his aid and formally leads him into this new world, full of challenges and opportunities.
At first, Lin Chen fears his own power and is at a loss to understand it. But as he learns to control his abilities and grows quickly through one crisis after another, he must not only face the Dark Alliance's relentless pressure and uncover the secrets behind the Froststone, but also find a balance between ordinary life and his extraordinary identity under the Association's guidance. He and Su Qingyue go from strangers to comrades in battle, and he meets all kinds of Awakened companions. Gradually, he comes to understand that it is not only power that has awakened, but responsibility as well.
As neon lights conceal supernatural clashes and ordinary life intertwines with battles between extraordinary abilities, Lin Chen will write his own story of growth and legend in this age of awakening, protecting everything he holds dear.
I hope everyone will support the work of a new artist.
