In late spring, the bamboo sea in southern Sichuan is full of refreshing green. Fifteen-year-old Lin Mo carried half a basket of herbs on his back and walked down the mountain on slippery bamboo roots. The "Green Bud Sword" left by his father on his waist swayed gently with his footsteps - the scabbard was made of ordinary pear wood, and the hilt was wrapped with a shiny blue cloth strip. Only a small green sprout was engraved on the sword grid, which was carved by his father Lin Qingshan himself.
