[Sci-fi apocalypse + cyberpunk + espionage + dimensional disaster]
Nisa, founder of Genesis Technology, is a genius cast aside by the world who blames humanity's flaws for its turmoil. After picking up a signal from the higher-dimensional lifeform Saint X, he becomes convinced that only by sacrificing humanity to this “divine ball of flesh” can civilization be “perfectly remade.”
Enoch, a clone, is the perfect tool for his plan. But before Nisa can implant a control key, top hacker Elijah wipes Enoch's control partition with a precision virus. In a million-dollar deal, he sends Enoch as a “specimen” to the United Government's training ground for agents: the Special Purpose Academy.
Enoch enrolls with no memories, posing as a “high-IQ elite,” and catches the attention of Deborah, a highly conscientious agent-in-training. As training progresses, the inhuman perfection of Enoch's “code awakening” ability comes to light, making Deborah suspicious about his origins. Meanwhile, Elijah manipulates this “weapon” remotely through code, using him to take revenge by destroying Genesis Technology.
They soon realize they are nothing more than pawns in the struggle between the United Government and Genesis Technology. But the real crisis is already upon them: Nisa is about to open a dimensional gate. When Saint X, the “divine ball of flesh,” descends, it will be powerful enough to tear apart the entire lower-dimensional world. Enoch and Deborah must find a way through the cracks between the clone army and the agent system to stop this world-ending, cross-dimensional catastrophe.
