Qiao Si (June 21, 1948 - June 9, 1991), male, whose real name is Song Yongjia, was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. He was one of the leaders of the most powerful underworld group in Harbin, Heilongjiang and even Northeast China in the late 1980s. When Qiao Si was a child, he was known as "Daqiao Si" because his family lived in a place called "Daqiao" and he was the fourth child in his family. Later, he was shortened to "Qiao Si". In 1991, he was sentenced to death for several crimes including controlling a mafia-type organization and murder. On June 9, 1991, Qiao Si and other criminals were executed by firing squad at the age of 43. This book tells his story.
