System Activated: I Have a Full-Service Top-Tier Hospital

Shen Zhixing unexpectedly activates the Top-Tier Hospital System and gets 1,000 mu of land and $50 billion in startup funding from the start. It has just one mission: build a large general hospital covering 330 specialties, including a dedicated rare-disease center.

The System provides rock-solid support: three underground floors with a prefabricated independent power grid and laboratory complex; fully equipped facilities across 75 department buildings, with 100,000 beds; and a complete management team, including vice presidents for specialties and key assistants. Every one of them is a prime-age professional between 20 and 40.

But the real challenge is only just beginning. Shen Zhixing must personally recruit frontline staff, including surgeons and nurses. From setting hiring standards and selecting talent to planning each department's functions and coordinating the specialties, he must turn this empty lot into an all-purpose medical kingdom capable of treating tens of millions of patients.

There is no strict deadline, only a commitment to hard work. When the first operating light comes on, and the rare-disease center welcomes its first recovered patient, the legend of Shen Zhixing's top-tier hospital will only just have begun.
