Synopsis
(Period setting + reborn + satisfying revenge + two equally strong leads + urban workplace + devoted couple)
In her previous life, Su Su had somehow ended up marrying her high school classmate, Chen Zhihao, and even helped him frame Lu Yunzhou, her college instructor.
As a result, Lu Yunzhou was thrown behind bars.
Then Su Su fell into Chen Zhihao's trap. He killed her brother, drove her parents to their deaths, and pushed her into a fire, where she burned alive.
After being reborn, Su Su was tricked by Chen Zhihao into going to a mountain village. He and his mother conspired over how to get her. When Su Su overheard them, she fled, and on the way she ran into Lu Yunzhou, who was visiting relatives.
With Lu Yunzhou's help, Su Su made her escape.
From then on, Su Su and Lu Yunzhou followed the same path. They clashed and struggled together as they weathered the ups and downs of the business world.
While in the hospital, Su Su found an abandoned baby girl and decided to adopt her.
With her daughter as her motivation, Su Su's business grew bigger and bigger. Chen Zhihao lost his job, her ex-boyfriend's marriage fell apart, and Lu Yunzhou's gaze grew increasingly suggestive. One by one, they all gravitated toward her daughter.
“I'm your dad!”
“I am!”

As someone who was born in the 1970s, I felt like I was actually there when I listened to this novel.
What happens in the story seems to be the story around you.
The plot is compact and the climax comes one after another, especially the story of a female college student being trafficked by human traffickers, which is particularly shocking.
