Twin Scribes: A Letter-Delivery Journey Across Yin and Yang

In an age when yin and yang are out of balance and cause and effect have fallen into ruin, there is a group of people known as Messengers. They travel through the narrow gap between life and death, delivering letters that never reached their destinations and mending broken threads of cause and effect. Xiao Shuai, an ordinary food delivery rider, is swept into a conflict in the underworld by an accident and becomes the most “unprofessional” Messenger in history. He knows no magic and cannot command ghosts. All he has is a battered delivery bike and an unshakable belief that “a letter must be delivered.” Bai Wuchang, the underworld’s most mysterious judge, hides a thousand years of loneliness and secrets beneath his smiling mask. He was once the executor of reincarnation, but during one mission, a “dead letter” stirred his mortal heart. When he meets Xiao Shuai on the banks of the River of Forgetfulness, two pens and two lives become entwined in a letter-delivery journey spanning yin and yang. What they must deliver is more than letters: farewells filled with regret, love left unspoken, promises forgotten, and a truth altered a thousand years ago. As the seven “dead letters” are opened one by one, they discover that the true enemy is neither ghosts nor the King of Hell, but the “rules” themselves, twisted by power. And the rise of the new King of Hell turns out to have begun with a letter that was never sent: a confession addressed to Bai Wuchang, spanning countless cycles of reincarnation. When Messengers die for their letters and judges defy fate for love,

they will wield their pens as swords and let their letters light the way,

rewriting reincarnation and restoring cause and effect. This is an Eastern fantasy epic about obsession and redemption, rules and human warmth.

This is a letter-delivery journey spanning yin and yang and traversing life and death.

And in the end, what they deliver is the world’s final letter.
