Lin Mo is trapped in a life with invisible bars.
Raised in a family that favors sons over daughters, she endures a suffocating marriage. The grind of daily life has worn away every edge. She bears the burden of keeping the household afloat while caring for her child, struggling to stay above the mire with not a glimmer of hope in sight.
Then, belatedly, she realizes her husband has long since plunged into the abyss: drug trafficking, money laundering, fraud, one step after another toward criminality, and even nearly committing murder.
She struggles with fear and despair. Still holding on to their past, she tries to pull him back, but evil and greed have already set him on a path of no return.
A sudden windfall becomes her one chance to break free.
She decisively walks away and takes her child with her, escaping the mire. As she builds a career, she also helps redeem others around her who are likewise trapped by life and human nature.
Some people can’t be helped, while others still have enough conscience to be saved;
Some are consumed by desire, while others are reborn from despair.
As Lin Mo brings light to others, she slowly finds her way back to the person she lost long ago.
This is a story about family wounds, the mire of marriage, and the choices people make.
It is also the realistic story of an ordinary woman who saves herself and others in the darkness, and ultimately becomes a beacon of light.
There is no nonsense, there is no deliberate attempt to test people's hearts to try to get the word count, and the description is very close to reality. After winning the lottery, the heroine calmly and plannedly escapes from the quagmire of life, and slowly lives a bright life. This is my favorite among the many winning novels I have read.
It's pretty good, I don't know why it got such a low score.
Kind people will eventually have good results.
Not bad, um, very realistic. How to say it? Poverty can indeed make a couple's relationship worse and lack love. It will make poverty more prominent!
Very inspiring story
Good looking, close to reality
It sounds very down to earth.
I think it's good. I didn't notice that it's an unfinished book, but I read the latest updates in one go. I didn't get tired of it. I look forward to the author's follow-up.
A long stream of water, describing every bit of life, makes you aware of the pain and suffering in the world.
It's written quite realistically
