This work is the fourth of the author's five ghost stories.
It revolves around the small town where the butcher Xia Fengwei lives. Xia Fengwei pushed Zhang Lan and his wife to the breeding pig "Heikui" due to a car accident dispute. Since then, strange things have occurred in the pig farm: Heikui cannibalizes people, and pig food is mixed with human nails and hair. Town residents have died tragically one after another - a young woman in a mahjong parlor was bitten to death by a pig, a daughter-in-law jumped off a building during a conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, and the baby disappeared after the mother's death. As the truth was revealed, Xia Fengwei's son Xia Xiaobo mutated due to eating black meat, and police station director Ye Qiao and deputy director Tao Liang died one after another due to corruption and cover-up.
