Iron Eagles in the War of Resistance

Modern special forces soldier Chen Gang unexpectedly transmigrates to the Battle of Shanghai in 1937 and becomes a Nationalist Army company commander. Facing Japanese troops with superior equipment and training, the Nationalist Army suffers devastating casualties. Using his modern special operations skills, Chen Gang forms a special forces squad from twenty soldiers, relying on scientific training and tactical innovation to fight the Japanese invaders. From Shanghai and the Sihang Warehouse to Nanjing, Wuhan, and guerrilla warfare behind enemy lines, they endure eight years of bloody combat. The war is brutally unforgiving, and only three of the original twenty special forces soldiers survive. With their blood and lives, they embody the ironclad spirit of Chinese soldiers and bear witness to the tragedy and greatness of the nation’s resistance. Remember history and cherish peace.
