With the Golden Spirit! Shaking the Apocalypse, Glorious and Blazing

This is a world of despair.

Ruins swallowed civilization, and cries of anguish filled the land. The arthropods of the “Four Horsemen of John” hunted only humans. This was the curse of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and the death sentence from which the world could not escape.

On blood-soaked earth, everyone swung a blade with an obsession in their heart.

The pink-haired queen, “Krul Tepes,” had lived for nearly three thousand years, all to find the brother taken away by the First Progenitor.

The silver-haired progenitor, “Ferid Bathory,” smiled as he slit human throats, while a thousand-year-old urge to kill his father lay hidden in his heart. “Mikaela” became a vampire to protect his family, while “Yuichiro” became a pawn in exchange for bringing his family back to life.

Meanwhile, humanity hid behind the city walls, their eyes burning with a fire colder than the vampires’. They wanted to resurrect certain dead people. For that, they were willing to sacrifice anyone’s life. Everyone had their own reason for swinging a blade; blood paved the way and bones formed the steps. No one was innocent.

At last, the earth cried out in pain and sent its most sincere plea for help into the starry sky. Two stars answered and fell: one blue, as serene as the deep sea; the other purple, as untamed as twilight.

The golden-haired boy, “Mikaela,” pointed his blade at them. “Humans are foolish and hypocritical. Is a world like this really worth saving?”

The purple star moved, tapping a fist against its head. “I can tell the difference between those who fight to protect and those who wield their blades to plunder.”

The Blue Star crouched down and offered a hand to the vampire lying on the ground.

“The greatness of humanity lies in the greatness of courage. Isn’t the reason you’re standing here with a blade in your hand that someone once protected you in the same way?” The blade trembled.

This is a gentleman’s final song, and the opening verse of humanity’s song of courage in the apocalypse.
