The Deadly Key

In the late autumn of 1937, Shanghai is a battleground for competing forces in the wake of the Battle of Shanghai, with hidden currents running beneath the surface of this isolated city. A desperate struggle unfolds over intelligence on film detailing the locations of Japanese chemical weapons factories and their core formula, as well as the key to the sole antidote. The Chinese Communist underground, Nationalist secret agents working undercover, and Japan’s Kempeitai all fight to the death for control of it.
