In a fantasy world where the sword reigns supreme, cultivators use their spiritual roots to forge a “Life-Bound Sword Bone” and embark on the path to the heavens. Sword Bones come in nine grades, from common iron at the bottom to mystic crystal at the top, with legendary ones beyond compare. Yet an ancient secret has been passed down through the ages: to protect all living beings, the ancient Sword God fell in the War Against Heaven. His Sword Bone shattered into nine pieces and scattered across the worlds, each containing an unrivaled opportunity to transcend and reach the other shore.
This is more than a passionate tale of a young man's rise. It is a sword-cultivation epic about inheritance, protection, and transcendence. Here, you will witness:
A sword forged through humble beginnings, its edge bright enough to illuminate the endless night;
A defiant struggle to change fate, using wisdom to shatter its chains in the face of utter desperation;
A resolute, romantic choice to become one with the Dao and reshape the world for the sake of protecting those one loves.
Watch as Ling Chen takes control of this mysterious piece of Sword Bone, rising from a good-for-nothing miner to the pinnacle of swordsmanship. Step by step, he will cleave through the heavens and become the Eternal Sword, hanging above all the realms to protect every living soul for all eternity.
