Bone Language 3: Beyond the Mist

Special Cases Team leader Shang Jie and forensic pathologist Xia Ying join forces again, leading their team into a series of baffling crimes: a businesswoman in a bathtub, a welfare recipient concealing a code linked to an old case, a seemingly perfect spouse who is cold-blooded behind closed doors... Bones cannot speak, yet they reveal the twisted depths of human nature.

But when a familiar "ghost signal" flashes at a crime scene, it heralds the return of the dormant transnational criminal organization known as the Dark Web. There may even be a corrupt cop within the Special Cases Team. Trust faces its ultimate test, and every step of the investigation seems to lead into deeper fog.

As they decipher the "bone language" left behind by the dead, Xia Ying and Shang Jie must also confront the mysteries within themselves. When reason and emotion collide in the whirlpool of crime, they become each other's shield. Through trials of life and death, the feelings buried deep in their hearts can no longer be ignored. Both the truth and their love will find their final answers at the end of the fog.
