"Za Agama Sutra" is the fundamental classic of original Buddhism. It is one of the four "Agama Sutras" transmitted in the North and is revered as the "first among Buddhist classics". This sutra takes core teachings such as "Five Yin", "Six Senses", "Dependent Origination", "Four Noble Truths" and "Eightfold Path" as its latitude and longitude. It truly records the original style of the Buddha's teaching and preaching according to the circumstances. There are fifty volumes of the Sutra, totaling 1,359 sutras, which like a kaleidoscope show the questions and answers and dialogues between the Buddha and his disciples, kings, Brahmins, heretics and ordinary people.
This brief explanation is based on Liu Song's original translation of Qunabhadra (CBETA T099) and follows the principle of "faithfulness and elegance". Each volume is divided into two chapters for systematic explanation. Each chapter includes [Introduction] to establish the theoretical framework, [Original Scripture] strictly based on the Tibetan text, [Simple Explanation of the Scripture] to analyze the meaning of the law in layers, [Essentials of the Patriarchs] to collect the essence of Chinese and Indian ancient commentaries, and [Summary of this Chapter] to refine the core gist. The fundamental purpose of this brief explanation is to reproduce ancient wisdom through modern language, so that readers can not only grasp the fundamental meaning of the Dharma, but also apply the wisdom of Buddhism to current life.

The explanations are great and easy to understand. You can follow the pictures to find out what is going on. You no longer have to be afraid of reading ancient texts and can only jump around randomly without understanding their true meaning.
