Jie Fan is an ordinary man who accidentally ends up in the vast realm where divine weapons reign supreme. Faced with the deadly edge of a peerless ferocious sword, he responds by tossing it freshly cooked red-braised pork. The sword actually hums with hunger and submits!
From then on, everything takes a surprising turn!
He soothes the “Solitary Frost Ice Soul” atop the far north with sweet-and-sour pork, conquers the “Crimson Skyflow Flame” in the Burning Heaven Desert with fiery hot pot, and lures the “Starlight Remnant” of a deep-space meteor with dreamy pastries…
He braves one deadly land after another, all to win the hearts of ancient god-slaying swords with sumptuous delicacies!
When the ninth ferocious sword, “Return to the Ruins, Edgeless,” is left savoring the final aftertaste of Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, all nine swords fall into place and heaven and earth resonate! At last, the chance arrives to sever the planar shackles that have bound all living beings for eons…
With nothing but an ordinary mortal’s body, he tames nine weapons capable of slaying gods using only his pots and pans, and ultimately opens the door to a new era.
Legend has it that wherever he stopped, the spatula stained with cooking grease yet forever indestructible still gives off an aroma that makes divine weapons yearn for a taste.
Everyone knows he fed the nine swords, but no one knows that in the end, it was this world he fed.
