Adapted from the Ming Dynasty novel "The Romance of the Gods", it describes in relaxed and humorous language the story of the late Shang Tang Dynasty, when Patriarch Hongjun set up a list of gods, sought Taoism, practiced enlightenment, intercepted religions, and fought against the three Western religions to confer gods. As the executor of the list of gods, Jiang Ziya went from being a down-and-out sorcerer to leading the disciples of the Zen sect to fight against the disciples of the Jie sect, and finally completed the great cause of becoming a god.
