Forbidden Zone: Sacred Sound

Business tycoon Lu Chen had a secret he could never tell anyone.

He had “invited” a deity back from Tibet and kept him in a golden cage, claiming him as his own.

In the snowy Buddhist kingdom, he first met Baima, an incarnated divine child, clear and pure as crystal. Lu Chen took him by force, imprisoning this untarnished saint in a luxurious cage atop a city skyscraper.

He believed there was nothing in the world he couldn’t obtain.

He showered Baima with priceless treasures, yet Baima cherished only an ordinary string of sandalwood prayer beads.

He brought him into the dazzling world of fame and fortune, yet Baima wore only white Tibetan robes and quietly carved out a corner for spiritual practice in Lu Chen’s heart, resisting without a word.

Until the day Lu Chen lost control and desecrated his deity, pressing his lips to that cold mouth.

What he received in return was not surrender, but a letter written in blood and tears:

“You may imprison this body, but my heart belongs to Buddha. It will never be yours.”

Only then did he realize that the “love” he thought he felt was burning him to ashes with his own hands!

As his deity’s heart turned to ash and he refused food, nearing death, while Lu Chen’s business empire was battered by storms and consumed by raging flames…

Lu Chen finally fell to his knees, his heart breaking. He no longer wanted his vast empire. He only begged his Buddha to smile at him once more.
