Qingchuan Bone

On a stormy night at the Qingchuan ruins, Shen Qinghe, the archaeological team leader, accidentally unearthed a bone whistle carved with mysterious patterns. The instant her fingertips touched it, green light flashed, a tomb robber died mysteriously, and a Warring States jade pendant bearing the same pattern was stolen from the city museum.

As the bone whistle and jade pendant surfaced one after the other, an old case from thirty years ago, involving the disappearance of the archaeological expedition leader, and the eerie note in his journal, “The bone whistle summons souls; the jade pendant opens the gate,” gradually came to light. Shen Qinghe unexpectedly crossed paths with Gu Yan, deputy captain of the provincial cultural relics investigation team and grandson of the missing expedition leader. She learned that beneath the Qingchuan ruins lay no Warring States tomb, but a sacrificial pit concealing a “warding object.”

When the bone whistle and jade pendant resonated, a fissure opened underground and shadows surged as an ancient whistle echoed through the rainy night. Forced to join forces, the two pursued the tomb-robbing gang while searching for the entrance to the sacrificial pit, hoping to uncover the secret that had lain buried beneath Qingchuan for millennia and prevent the disaster that would follow if the “warding object” emerged.
