A Trace of Begonia Beneath the Moon, Just Like Before

Four lifetimes, bound by begonias. He is Zhou Jing'an, a sinner wandering through the grip of fate. He is Shen Tinglan, a soul betrayed by destiny again and again.

From begonias crushed on a cliff in the Ming dynasty, to a bloodstained manuscript on a rainy night in the Republican era, to cold banknotes in a hospital room at the turn of the millennium, he creates his tragedy with his own hands time and again, then suffers heartbreak after every loss.

In this life, he is a traditional architecture craftsman, and he is a restorer. He carves his guilt into wood, while the other keeps retreating. When the thunderous collapse of an ancient building finally awakens their sleeping memories, a question spanning four hundred years is finally heard: “Do you still remember?”

This is not a story about forgiveness, but an ultimate romance etched into bone and blood, about remembrance and redemption.
