Deliveryman: My Orders Rewrite Causality

Synopsis

The Delivery Rider: My Causality-Driven Orders follows Chen Shi, an ordinary delivery rider who gets bound to an absurd “Causality System” on a rainy night and is forced into an apocalyptic crisis threatening the survival of the world. He had only wanted a quiet, peaceful life, but discovers that every outrageous task issued by the System, from splashing a customer with milk tea to saving a strange child, is secretly weaving a protective web against the apocalypse.

Pressured by both the mysterious System and the signs of the coming apocalypse, Chen Shi meets Lin Xiao, a convenience store clerk who protects the last glimmer of light in the city, and becomes entangled in the shocking secrets behind tech mogul Su Man. The three gradually discover that the so-called apocalypse is actually a collapse of space-time caused by a causality experiment spanning thirty years. The power of causality awakening within Chen Shi is the key to rebooting the world.

When the mastermind, the “Chronology Council,” finally emerges, and a close friend sacrifices themself before his eyes, Chen Shi at last understands that true strength does not lie in perfectly controlling the System. It lies in having the courage to protect that glimmer of light even when facing an absurd world. He must learn to wield the power of causality, seek the truth across fractured timelines, and find a sliver of hope for human civilization among countless possibilities.

This is a race between a delivery rider and an apocalypse, an epic tale of an ordinary man becoming a beacon of hope in the depths of despair. When the final Gate of Causality opens, Chen Shi faces more than the fate of the world: he faces the ultimate test of humanity. Will he become a god, or hold fast to the heart of the man he has always been?
