Transmigrated to Ancient Times: The More I Squander, the Stronger I Get

Li Ping'an, a failed author from the 21st century, transmigrates into the body of Li Ping'an, a playboy in the Qian Dynasty. He also gets the golden finger every transmigrator needs: a System. But this System doesn't seem very reliable. It actually tells the protagonist to squander his money, because he activated the Get Stronger by Squandering System. For every time he wastes money on a System mission, he gains a powerful ability. He goes from composing poetry to mastering martial arts, then becomes the richest man in the whole dynasty through business, before joining the imperial court as a general and leading troops into battle, undefeated in every campaign. Eventually, he rises to become the person who holds the most power in the entire dynasty, second only to the emperor, a true The Outcast.
