Detective Academy’s Ancient-Era Makeover Plan

A drunken birthday party accidentally triggers a mass transmigration. Shao Mingming, Wen Tao, and a group of other young people from the modern world turn into children and find themselves in the fictional Zha Dynasty, all gathered at Qingyun Academy. There are no familiar electronic devices here, only the Four Books, Five Classics, and Six Arts of the Gentleman, yet this becomes the starting point of their thrilling adventure.

When modern thinking arrives in an ancient dynasty that prizes the imperial examinations above all else, they quietly kindle the flame of science at Qingyun Academy! From improving papermaking and building water-powered looms to decoding the stars and sparking an energy revolution, they use equations to challenge rigid essays and experiments to replace rote memorization. This is no simple tale of survival after transmigrating: it’s a technological storm sweeping across the Zha Dynasty. Watch as top students Shao Mingming, Pu Yixing, Wen Tao, and the rest turn their academy into an “ancient academy of sciences,” set steel machinery roaring amid the poetic world of Tang verse, and forge a new chapter in Chinese civilization through scientific reason!
