The Memory Raider: Throne of Illusions

In 2317, in Star Ring City, Lin Che, a Memory Eater, hides in the shadows of the Memory Archive Bureau. He devours other people's memories to resist a virus, even as he becomes a tool for the powerful to exploit. When he breaks free of their control and uses memory-fusion technology to build a perfect virtual world, he becomes a hunted target of the Bureau. Will he become the creator of a false world, or find himself again amid the ruins of memory? A storm of memory plunder and redemption is sweeping through this city of lies beneath the neon lights.

He can steal other people's memories to fill the gaps in his own, and piece the fragments together into a false paradise. Lin Che transforms from a pawn of the Memory Archive Bureau into a Memory Raider fighting against the established order. As Zhang Lan and her memory hunters close in, and the false happiness of the slums collides with the pain of reality, is the illusory throne he has built an ark of redemption, or a deeper prison?
