The Black Owl of Kumogakure: I Betrayed My Comrades to Become Kage in the Third War

Wu Qi transmigrates to the world of Naruto and becomes a genin in Kumogakure.

By day, he's the Raikage's trusted favorite, solving cases, earning merit, and rising through the ranks.

By night, he's the S-rank fugitive "Shadow," wanted throughout the shinobi world. He steals secret letters, raids weapons depots, and lets the whole shinobi world take the blame for him.

With the [Persona Harvesting System], doing good earns goodwill, and his real name can be exchanged for rewards. Doing evil builds notoriety, and all his secret identities are settled up across the entire network.

The Third Raikage slams the table. "Find Shadow and drag him out!"

Wu Qi, being pulled along to investigate the case, nods. "I'll do my best, sir."

Investigate himself, collect two salaries. Arrest himself, earn double the battle merits.

Years later, a saying spreads throughout the shinobi world: Wu Qi is the light of Kumogakure, while Shadow is its darkness.

No one knows that the light and the shadow are one and the same person.
