The Dragon King's Little Servant

Longyin Village has a rule: bow when you see one of the four masters of the Ao family, and don't ask why they never seem to age.

When I was eight, I fell into the river and was pulled out by Fourth Master Ao. I saw with my own eyes as golden light shone from his eyes and he transformed into a dragon.

My father clapped a hand over my mouth. "What are you shouting about? Our master is just a gruff old farmer. Where'd you get this dragon nonsense?"

During winter break when I was twenty, I couldn't stop wondering why Fourth Master seemed not to have aged at all. I threw a handful of demon-subduing talismans at him. "You old dragon monster, give yourself up!"

That very night, he blocked my way at the village entrance. "Who told you to litter?"

One day, the blogger Agu charged into the village with a camera, looking for a dragon. He showed off a giant dragon's shadow on a satellite image, then foolishly tried drifting on a cloud ladder and crashed straight into Second Master Ao's arms.

A black dragon revealed its true form. Agu was so scared he wet himself. "D-Dragon King?!"

Meanwhile, the future Second Master arrived with his "sworn divine servant," fighting his way through time and space and demanding the Dragon-Suppressing Pearl. "If we don't wipe out humanity now, the gods of the Nine Realms will be wiped out by humans!"

Fourth Master: "If you dare lay a hand on my servant or my village, you'll have to answer to my hoe first!"
