In the early years of the Republic of China, an undercurrent surged in Jiangzhou. A secret document related to the peace talks between the North and the South disappeared. Wei Ming, the upright secretary of the Governor's Office, and Feng Ying, an underground agent with a secret mission, unexpectedly met because of a political conspiracy.
