Bureau 749: I Told You to Contain It, So Why Are You Summoning the Supernatural?

[Monster Containment] [Bureau 749] [Not Mindless] [No Saintly Do-Gooder] [Decisive and Ruthless] [Summoning]

Kong Mengde

Male. Last year, the grandfather who had been his only family passed away, and the rundown relief housing where they lived was repossessed.

This year, on a stormy night, an unusually thick bolt of purple lightning struck him with pinpoint accuracy. Heaven rewarded him with another corpse.

But he came back to life, awakening at the same time to Lightning Fivefold... the Lightning Whip.

Right after he awakened, a demon fox came knocking, intent on controlling him and absorbing his vital essence.

But no matter how fast a sound-wave attack is, can it outrun lightning? Whip that fox!

“Contain the Five-Tailed Demon Fox. Acquired the Mind Shock skill. Embed it?”

[Contained the Black Mountain Old Demon. Acquired the Dark Cloud Barrier. Replace current skill?]

[Contained the Turtle Demon...]

[Contained the Flying Savage...]

Bureau 749: We should avoid exposing our abilities to ordinary people as much as possible.

Kong Mengde: Then should I summon a few supernatural beings to beat them up?!

Bureau 749: ???
