Genshin Impact: I’m the Mastermind Behind the Scenes in Teyvat

Lin Ce, a veteran Genshin Impact account booster, blacked out and successfully transmigrated after yet another all-nighter helping a client “clear the Abyss.”

He started out in the familiar Whispering Woods, and even thought about stopping to pick a Sunsettia.

Then a voice rang in his head:

[Beginner Quest: Take Dvalin's tear crystal before Venti does. Quest failure: instant death.]

Lin Ce: “???”

And so, a “spoilsport” determined to ruin the protagonist's plans was born.

His golden finger was his glitch-like memory bank, along with a “can't resist watching the drama unfold” System.

Others grew stronger through hard work. Lin Ce got stronger by “screwing over” the Traveler.

Others beat monsters for materials. He stole the protagonist's quest items, and the System handed him divine weapons.

He'd thought it was just a laid-back daily life in a familiar world, farming the land in a different way.

But as he disrupted more and more of the story,

Ling Ce gradually realized that beneath the surface of this world, which seemed almost exactly like the game,

lay terrifying secrets even he, an “all-knowing player,” had never heard of.

Why did the Heavenly Principles uphold fate? And why did the System seek to disrupt them?

Perhaps he, the biggest “bug” of all, was the only one who could fix this world's corrupted code.
