Mu Zhao of Entering the Azure Clouds

I became Mu Zhao, a minor female character in the TV drama Entering the Azure Clouds.

In the original story, she clung to the male lead, Ji Bozai, and died of grief after he humiliated her in public.

The System told me I could go home as long as I moved the plot along.

I turned around and reported the System to the Space-Time Administration.

While waiting for the arbitration, I was forced to stay at a key plot point: the Azure Cloud Tournament.

Watching Ji Bozai defeat Mingyi in that iconic scene on the arena, I frantically took notes:

“His movements are too big, his footing is unstable, and his emotional control is poor.”

“And this is the male lead?”

Just as I was scribbling away, a shadow fell over me.

Ji Bozai held up his bloodied spear, his expression amused.

“Fellow cultivator, it seems you have some strong opinions about my performance?”
