Don't Be Afraid, Wukong. I'm the Senior Disciple of Fangcun Mountain

When other people transmigrate, they dream of taking on the nursing home at South Mountain and kicking the kindergarten at North Sea. But when it’s my turn, Lin Chen, I end up as Sun Wukong’s personal nanny?!

I’m at my wit’s end!

The monkey doesn’t want to sweep, so I have to coax and trick him, telling him the broom contains the Great Dao.

The monkey doesn’t want to learn to read, so I have to explain with theatrical flair that talismans are just words transformed.

Today I’m afraid he’ll anger the Dragon King. Tomorrow I’m afraid he’ll cross his name out of the Book of Life and Death.

Do you think this is easy for me?

Fortunately, the System comes through. Every time my troublemaking junior brother gets into trouble, I get a little stronger.

By the time he wreaks havoc in Heaven, I realize with satisfaction that I seem to have gotten... pretty strong?

Looking at the hundred thousand heavenly generals beaten black and blue, Lin Chen plants one hand on his hip and points at Sun Wukong with the other. “You unruly monkey! You’ve caused trouble again! How many times have I told you not to hit people in the face? How are they supposed to keep working in Heaven after this?”

The immortals: “???”
