Journey to the West: The Great Tang's Demon Hunter

I transmigrated to the eve of the Journey to the West and discovered that the prosperous Zhenguan era was all a lie. In truth, demons and monsters ran rampant, and corpses littered the land!

Abandoned because my meridians were crippled, I rely on a demon-refining gourd that can devour demonic souls and seize their supernatural powers to rise furiously in this world that devours people!

Sun Wukong is still beneath Five Elements Mountain, Tang Sanzang has yet to be born, and the Buddhist sect and the Celestial Court are already laying their plans for the great calamity of the Journey to the West.

Meanwhile, I've already begun hunting down the calamities of the future!

The three demons of Chechi Kingdom, the White Bone Spirit, the Yellow Wind Monster... These great demons who will one day give the Monkey King a headache are nothing but fodder in my gourd now!

After I refine the Bull Demon King and seize his Seventy-Two Transformations, then devour the Golden-Winged Great Peng and gain the speed to fly ninety thousand li with a single beat of my wings...

When the Journey to the West begins, the gods and Buddhas across the heavens will discover in horror that the greatest twist and calamity on the pilgrimage is no demon or monster. It's me, Li Mochen!

In this life, the Journey to the West? I am the West!
