Lies of Spaceborne Parasites

I discovered that every person aboard my space station had already been infected by unknown organisms.

To protect myself, I started pretending to be infected, weaving a web of survival with lies.

Every day, I acted out a performance to thin air, pretending to pray to the "Mother Goddess" while secretly recording the parasites' behavioral patterns.

After three years of deception, I had figured out how the parasite network communicated and had even learned its language.

Just as I was preparing to use the central control room to send a warning to Earth, the System screen suddenly lit up:

"Unassimilated individual detected. Coordinates: control room."

The station-wide alarm sounded. I was trapped, but then a new message came through the parasite network:

"Hurry! We don't have much time. The human fleet is about to arrive. We're here to help you."
