The Great Fortune of Journey to the West

“Ding! Congratulations, Host, you hit the jackpot!”

“Congratulations my ass! You rammed me into another world!”

Wang Shuang never imagined

he’d end up in the world of Journey to the West

as a heavy-duty semi truck.

The System said, “Don’t worry, Host. You can drive with your mind and eat diesel fuel.”

Wang Shuang said, “Can I find myself a truck wife, then?”

The System said, “…Host, we recommend completing the main quest first: escort Tang Monk on his pilgrimage for scriptures.”

And so, a strange sight joined the journey west:

Tang Monk riding the White Dragon Horse,

Sun Wukong carrying his golden cudgel,

Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing following behind,

and at the very front,

a heavy-duty truck with its high beams on.

The demons asked, “What kind of monster is that? Why does it fart?”

Wang Shuang said, “Take a good look. It’s called turbocharging!”
