When he woke up, Truman found himself imprisoned in a mental hospital that would never see the light of day.
Every "patient" here claims to come from a horrific world that was destroyed, and Truman is the only "alien" in their eyes - a hopeless "normal person".
The mysterious doctor told him that there was only one way to prove that he was not crazy: to enter the bizarre spiritual world of the patients, complete the "treatment mission" of a narrow escape, and bring back the "proof of cure".
So, Truman embarked on a journey. He entered the obsessive-compulsive city where "everything must be symmetrical", the delusional country where "all shadows will come alive", and the fairy tale town where "time always stops at the last second"...
Here, madness is a passport and rationality is an epitaph. Truman must strike a delicate balance between maintaining sanity and pretending to be crazy, using his meticulous logic to solve the death mysteries woven by crazy thoughts.
However, as more and more patients were "cured", Truman was horrified to discover that the truth behind this mental hospital was far more absurd and desperate than any horrific world he had imagined. He is not curing patients, but... Restarting the world!
