Ultraman: My Name Is Baili Xingya, Not Belial

He has a System, but he isn't the protagonist. This is a laid-back story about Baili Xingya opening a cake shop and the story of them in their previous life. Just to clarify, he hasn't lost his memory. He's simply tired. Also, to explain why he doesn't transform: he lost his Sublimator. Later, his counterpart from a parallel universe might help him make another one, and then he'll be able to transform. This is Baili Xingya after being killed by Geed. Zero: “Belial, you came back from the dead again? What are you plotting this time?” Baili Xingya: “You've got the wrong person. My name is Baili Xingya.” Geed: “Father...” Baili Xingya: “I... I'm not your father.” Baili Xingya: “My cake shop needs a cashier. Would you like to come work for me?” “I'd love to!”
