[Male-male romance + light mystery + younger man/older man + mutual salvation + frequent face-slapping + winning back a lover + a man made of jealousy]

He loves him the way he loves his own dream: it is the only pursuit he has devoted his whole life to.

So even though the other man doesn’t love him, even though he has ulterior motives for getting close, he still pretends not to notice and treats him with special affection.

He gives it everything he has. Even when the blazing fire in his heart finally burns out, he has no regrets.

Only, he no longer circles the dazzling sun as he once did. He leaves him for good and becomes someone entirely new.
