At a class reunion, Fu Shaoheng’s sworn sister drew a dare.

As he passionately kissed her, Chi Yue became the joke of the room.

Afterward,

Chi Yue asked to break up.

Fu Shaoheng replied, unhurriedly, “Fine. Don’t come crying back and begging me to take you.”

-

Everyone said Chi Yue was like a dog-skin plaster Fu Shaoheng couldn’t shake off. He believed it too.

He was sure she would soon come crawling back to reconcile.

Still, he couldn’t put his mind at ease, so he sent his closest friend to comfort her.

His friend readily agreed.

-

But a long time passed, and no news came.

At last, Fu Shaoheng couldn’t take it anymore and showed up at her door in the middle of the night.

But it was his friend who opened it, wearing a loosely tied bathrobe, his neck covered in kiss marks.

With a lazy look and the air of a victor, he asked, “What makes you think I’d give her back to you?”

Xie Ming met Chi Yue in the reckless years of his youth.

When they first met, she already belonged to someone else.

But he fell deeper and deeper for her.

For years, he had been jealous of Fu Shaoheng every day and every night.

Now, at last, the chance he had dreamed of had arrived.

He had carefully planned every step. This wasn’t about winning her from someone else, but reclaiming the moon that should have been his all along.

Tip: The male lead who chases her after the breakup is Fu Shaoheng (flawed); the male lead who wins her heart is Xie Ming (faithful).
