For me, this book is like a sip of cool water, a cup of warm tea, like sitting on the bed and looking at the snow outside through the window, like sitting in front of the door and looking at the mountains in the distance.
Don't rush reading this book. I think it should be more suitable for those who like to slow down, stop, listen to relaxing music, and take a look at the scenery. If you like a quieter self, a less impatient self, and a less messy self, this book may be suitable for you.
To put it simply, the content of this book is just like some of the author's previous novels. The protagonist Jiang Yue travels to the ancient extreme cold apocalypse with a huge amount of supplies worth tens of millions of yuan and an extremely cold apocalyptic system with its own heater. This is the "cool" part of this novel, or rather, the "relaxing" part of this novel. This feeling may be a bit like when the zombie crisis arrives, but you accidentally lose consciousness, so you can go to the mall and take whatever you want, such as nice clothes, suitcases, and cameras; or it may be like going to the world of immortal cultivation, although you are in the middle stage of Qi refining, but you have almost infinite spiritual power, and no one can match it, so you start traveling to create the full color and natural light of the world. In my mother's words at the time: "Wow! It feels really good! [Laughs] You don't have to worry about food and sleep, you can take whatever you want." However, this does not mean that the protagonist will not encounter any difficulties. This special culture is like a certain character, which deeply attracts me. Well, I am a Guizhou native and grew up in a rural area. I am very lucky to have an enlightened mother who values my education and teaches me seriously and strictly. I am different from my fellow elementary school students in the same village who work on construction sites, farm at home, and study in vocational schools aimlessly. I always feel that the environment in rural areas is unhygienic. People are always noisy and laughing at jokes that are not funny at all. When building a house, there is a banquet, the groom has to carry the bride home, and when an old man passes away, there is always a banquet for several days. Many people come and kneel. I really hate these customs. I think it is unnecessary. The noisy environment and dirty dining environment make me not want to stay for a moment longer. But, later, after reading Lijiu's book (just my own feeling), I always felt that some of the culture in the old rural areas was quite interesting. People's lives were very hard, but everyone always smiled to welcome tomorrow. Today, three families were killing pigs in the village, and I was called to help. I saw them cut open the belly of the pig, and actually grabbed a handful of blood inside and took a bite. Eh~, it's really a bit bloody, but looking at their smiles, I'm a little curious whether it tastes like jelly. I helped them wash the sausages, and they said the essence of the pig intestines was the most delicious part. I think what they said is quite reasonable and interesting. The people in the village laughed and chatted. They thought these customs were quite good, and I thought some of them were quite good too. Well, what exactly do I want to express?
